What you’ll learn: A step-by-step process to maintain better posture, breathing, and feel more relaxed present, and effective throughout your day and when you have to be “on”…whether that’s speaking in front of a group, participating in a meeting, networking, performing, or creating online video content.
Why online?: Online work has great benefit as you will learn how to change habits and be able to practice in your own environment.
Online work is also great for folks who need to fit classes into their work day, evening activiites, or who simply prefer learning from home…and for those of us in the northern hemisphere, it might be a cozier option than stepping out into the cold!
Why 8-weeks?
It’s an opportunity for transformation and to get consistant support to keep you accountable and implementing what you learn.
This course is designed for maximum flexibility without giving up the benefit of live interactive classes.
The live classes are combined with a targeted collection of video and audio resources that will help you practice what you need to work on most and work best with your learning style.
You’ll have ongoing access to all materials and class recordings after the 8 weeks as well!

In these classes, you'll discover how to improve your posture and feel good while doing it! Here’s how
Taking charge of your posture helps you to be more in command of your body language, breathing, and voice.
You’ll feel more centered and balance and become more effective when interacting with others.
We’ll also explore activities activities that influence your overall well-being: sitting, standing, using a computer/phone, speaking, walking, talking, carrying a bag.

Who classes are for
Group classes are open to adult women of any age who would like to work on their posture, breathing, movement and overall well-being. Sessions will help you to take charge of your posture and body language. You’ll feel more centered and balanced in your life in general and become more effective when interacting with others.
People often ask me if they are “too old”. I have never found this to be the case! In fact, I often find that age is a benefit.
If you are in a lot of pain, group classes may not be right for you at this time. If you’re not sure, contact me directly before booking so that this can be more clearly determined.
