What are the benefits of a full-day workshop?

You’ll discover physical habits that you may have never noticed that have become energy leaks that impact your posture, how you feel, how much energy you have, and how you communicate with others.

A full-day class can help you get more familiar with what subtle habits are getting in your way and you’ll leave with simple and powerful tools to change them.

We’ll explore 3 aspects of day-to-day life where these “energy leaks” tend to pop up and you’ll leave with one clear thing to practice in each of them:

  • Interacting with others

  • Walking

  • Doing things with your hands (ranging from texting to preparing food in the kitchen)

You’ll learn how to:

  • Develop better posture that feels good and that you can maintain

  • Learn to move, breathe, and speak with less strain and more ease

  • Convey confidence with your body language

  • Live life with more energy and focus and less stress and fatigue

Frequently Asked Questions:

Will the workshop be strenuous? No, this isn’t a work-out. The adjustments and movements you’ll be asked to do will relate to everyday activites.

Will I be put on the spot or made to feel uncomfortable? No one will be put on the spot or singled out. The environment in my group programs is supportive, welcoming, and non-judemental. My approaching to working on posture is calming and relaxing and it is not about being stiff or holding any kind of uncomfortable position.

Do I need prior experience? This workshop is open to both beginners and people who have worked with me previously. You don’t need to prepare or know anything prior to participating. The purpose of the workshop is to become more aware of your body, so if you feel like you have little awareness and would like to develop more, this workshop is for you.
